We typically do not move hazardous materials, perishable items, or any other item deemed a safety risk (**up to the discretion of our Movers**).

For our moving services, we recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred moving date. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
For any of our other services, we recommend 24-48 hours in advance, although we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests.

We use specialized packing materials and techniques to protect fragile items. If you have particularly valuable or delicate items, please let us know so we can take extra precautions.

Yes, Lott's Logistics will provide packing services. If packing materials are needed (i.e. boxes, bubble wrap, paper, tape, etc.) there will be additional charges.

For cancellations, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a 20% (of job total ) cancellation fee.
